Hotels

Nigro Development has successfully designed, constructed, owned, and operated limited-service hotels in the Las Vegas area and has new projects in both Reno, NV, and Phoenix, AZ. Our current portfolio consists of 5 hotels with 2 additional hotels slated to open in 2026.  We at Nigro Development feel branding a hotel is a critical aspect in a hotel development’s success, and we have worked with major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG.

Restaurants

We own and operate a portfolio of taverns across Nevada, focused on creating welcoming, well-managed neighborhood destinations.

Our taverns are designed to serve as community gathering places, offering a high-quality guest experience supported by strong operations, consistent branding, and disciplined management. As owner-operators, we take a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business, from site selection and buildout to staffing, compliance, and daily operations.

Office

Our office portfolio includes both single-tenant and multi-tenant properties, designed to support a range of professional users, including financial services, legal, technology, healthcare administration, and corporate operations. We emphasize efficient layouts, strong parking ratios, modern building systems, and adaptable floor plans that meet evolving workplace needs.

Retail Centers

Our experience includes the development of anchored shopping centers featuring national and regional tenants, complemented by strong local operators. We emphasize tenant mixes that drive consistent foot traffic and long-term demand, including grocery, medical, fitness, food & beverage, and essential services.

Medical Projects

We specialize in the development and ownership of medical office and outpatient facilities across Nevada. Our projects are designed in partnership with healthcare providers to support modern clinical operations, long-term tenancy, and stable cash flow.
